To ensure the best experience for all of our guests, please note the following:

• We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all appointments.

• A $100 deposit is required to secure longer or specialty bookings such as colour, extensions, or transformation services.

• Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the booking time.

• Free on-street parking is available from October 2nd to April 30th, and allocated on-site parking spaces are also available for your convenience. Please ask our front of house for your free complimentary pass upon availability. Limited parking passes available.
